Dispatching of Orders
We try to ensure that Rainbow Essence orders are prepared, packaged and dispatched within 2 working days.
Orders are not dispatched until we receive notification of payment from Paypal.

Once the goods leave Rainbow Essence, we will not accept responsibility for any damages or loss in transit.
Minimum Order
A minimum purchase order of $10.00, excluding shipping, applies.

* enables anyone with an email address to send or receive payments online
* enables you to fund your payment using your debit card, credit card, bank account or Paypal account. (nb. you do not have to have a Paypal account to be able to use Paypal)

Privacy
At Rainbow Essence, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We will not, under any circumstances, use your personal information for anything other than processing your order and/or sending newsletters to you which you will have consented to by subscribing to our newsletter.
Our Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any of the products that you have ordered from Rainbow Essence, we would be most happy to refund or exchange that product with the following conditions applying-
* the products must be returned, in the original packaging, within 7 days
* postage will be the responsibility of the returning party
* original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error
Disclaimer
At Rainbow Essence, our products contain only high quality essential oils and ingredients, however, it is still possible to have an allergic reaction. A list of ingredients is provided with each product on the website and each product will have a full list of ingredients in the form of a label. It is your responsibility to be aware of the ingredients before purchasing and then using the product. We recommend that you do a skin patch test if you have not used a particular ingredient before.
Rainbow Essence does not accept any liability for a person’s reaction to any of our products.
We use a concentration of 2.5% of essential oils or less in our products, however, caution should be used during pregnancy, if you have epilepsy, with children and with the elderly. You should consult your physician or aromatherapist before use.
Products must be stored correctly. Store below 30c and away from direct sunlight. Also, ensure that lids are securely in place.
